We are looking for a dynamic recruiting professional who will use in-depth knowledge of specialized functions to resolve critical business issues, and attract top-level talent to SAP.  The ability to interpret and adapt textbook concepts is critical, as our recruiters make difficult and complex decisions that address key business issues that directly influence our business partners. Solid business acumen and discretion must be exercised in interpreting and communicating technological, legal or specialized guidelines. May have significant project management responsibilities including project planning/direction, delegation and review, facilitation of teamwork, and/or budget management.


  • Own recruiting service delivery to allocated Hiring Managers, ensuring the right hire is made in line with global and local policy and best practices.
  • Act as an advisor to the hiring manager to help them through the specialist activity of recruiting and as a custodian for SAP to ensure the right hire is made in line with organizational needs.
  • Run the recruitment project; from point of Hiring Approval, lead manager consultation, set the recruitment strategy and manage its execution thru sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, hiring decision, offer management to offer acceptance.
  • Drive engagement with shortlisted candidates representing the SAP employer brand and the job opportunity


• Understand SAP business model, organization, strategy and drivers.
• Understand the Recruiting Service Delivery Model.
• Understand the Strategy, Organization and Operations of your allocated client group
• Consult with client to develop a clear understanding of the needs.
• Advise on the best recruiting strategy.
• Plan and execute external recruiting events to identify top passive talent
• Activate and manage the recruitment action plan
• Manage the recruitment process
• Screen and select candidates
• Advise and guide managers through the process of candidate assessment and decision making
• Manage the offer process for all hires
• Ensure managers and HRBPs are regularly updated on the status of recruiting in their areas
• Ensure candidates are engaged with and motivated by opportunities at SAP (relationship management/ brand/employee value proposition).
• Continually evaluate and adapt recruiting strategy / plan so that improvement / efficiencies are gained.
• Ensure that you continuously improve your skills and knowledge of recruiting, selection and consulting.



• 0-5 years’ high-level technical recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of the technology sector, and core business functions.
• Strong track record of consulting with and advising senior clients
• Deep knowledge of the recruitment market in either a specific geography or functional area relevant to SAP
• Proven ability in fast paced recruiting environment (handling up to 30 requisitions) through sourcing, selection, client and candidate relationship management
• Main skills sets/roles recruited will be Software Engineers, Test Engineers, Principal Engineers, UE/EX designers, System Architects, Development Managers, and Product Managers.


• 4-year Bachelor’s degree preferred or applicable certification or comparable experience
