We're looking for an experienced writer to make our support content look and sound extraordinary. As a technical writer for the online Content Services team, you'll craft simple, compelling support and learning articles to help customers use and love our products. You'll work with partners to make sure content is accurate, appropriate, and visually engaging. The result? Amazing content that gives our customers the answer they're looking for, at exactly the right time and in exactly the right way.

Key Qualifications

• Outstanding writing, editing, formatting, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Experience redefining content using formatting and visuals
• Ability to balance multiple projects on tight timelines
• Experience collaborating with writers, visual designers, and subject matter experts
• Ability to express ideas clearly and diplomatically
• Passion for providing an excellent user experience

What you'll do:
- Write clear, simple content that speaks to customers in their own language
- Suggest ways to improve content with formatting and visuals
- Give constructive feedback to your peers and review your own work with others
- Collaborate openly and efficiently with a range of partners
- Collaborate with content strategists to analyze underperforming content and suggest ways to improve it
- Handle content projects and communicate status proactively
- Look for ways to make your content better - keep raising the bar

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in technical communication, writing/composition, or similar field (Master's degree in technical communication preferred)
- 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with a Master's degree.

Additional Requirements

• Understanding of SEO concepts and how readers find and use content on the web
