Intel
Federal and ATTD is looking for a Layout Program Manager (LOPM) to
lead a Chandler AZ Industrial Engineering team managing Technology
Development factory space, layout business processes/systems, and
transfer of layout requirements to HVM sites. The LOPM is the
layout technical leader for the TD factory and directs activities
for factory layouts development according to factory priorities and
communicating space planning ideas to all levels of management in a
dynamic TD environment.
In this
position, the LOPM is responsible for identification of tasks,
dependencies, task assignments, and communicating expectations to
core team members for layout projects.
The LOPM and team develops layout information for local first-of-kind tools from conceptual stage through final tool installation and transfers key layout deliverables to HVM sites for production ramps.
The LOPM applies project management and technical knowledge to plan production facilities and equipment layouts for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel, determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow, drive approval of layouts through process engineering, manufacturing, and design/build organizations, assist with equipment installation through design reviews and tool installation field activities, and deliver layout releases to meet program schedule milestones.
Additionally the LOPM leads analyses and recommendations of future scenarios for AZ TD factory and HVM factory layouts.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelors Degree with 5+ years experience or Master's Degree with 4+ years experience in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years experience in layout/facility planning principles.
- Knowledge of production and/or manufacturing processes, facilities, and factory capacity/capital systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Semiconductor packaging assembly and Test manufacturing.
- Understanding of CAD systems.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience managing priorities in a matrix environment.
- Experience applying Multicriteria Decision Making.
- FMEA.
