The people here at Apple don't just create products - they create the kind of wonder that's revolutionized entire industries. It's the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts. Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it
We are seeking a natural team leader passionate about technology to lead a team of technologists, drive key projects, and collaborate with the studio management to provide overall team leadership
This is an opportunity for a strategic thinker, problem solver, and implementer who wants to contribute and lead on several fronts at once; who can collaborate well with others, who can equally build effective teams, develop direct reports, and drive detailed operational deliverables across a variety of technologies and groups
Working with the design teams you'll learn about, and be responsible for, all aspects of infrastructure needed for the project life cycle. The team will develop tools designers need to get their job done at a high level, and provide ongoing support to the global design studio team.
We are deeply involved in scaling existing media services as well as introducing new ones. Our culture is diverse, passionate, grows with debate, and is fundamentally customer focused. You are the right fit if you want to influence your own development. You are looking for a company where you can have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographies, and where a job title is not considered the final definition of who you are, but the starting point of what you can achieve with the team
In this role you will advance design efforts by driving operational strategy, owning the operational roadmap for the tech team, crafting programs to meet needs of the design organization, fully responsible for worldwide rollout and initial cycles of newly introduced programs

  • Possess a compelling desire to deliver innovative and extraordinary technical customer-focused solutions
  • Are a facilitator and presenter, with the ability to engage audiences through debate and workshop techniques
  • Dedicate meticulous attention to detail
  • Can adapt to constant change
  • Have experience handling remote work streams and business partners across multiple time zones
  • Have worked in multi-disciplinary teams (Design, Engineering, Business, R&D, and others) to ideate, iterate, launch, and refine and new product designs
  • Embody a brave and positive attitude and are passionate about the Apple brand and committed to preserving its authenticity
