Are you an experienced engineer who is familiar with Intel IA HW and System Debug and validation?
Join our high performing, high visibility, fun team in Intel's Sort Test Technology Development (STTD) group. STTD is the central test technology research and development group that develops leading edge test solutions to enable the full spectrum of our product portfolio. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic candidate to join the System Test team in STTD to research and develop test solutions for functional test of Intel's Si (PPV test).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Research and development of System Test capabilities Drive validation, debug and qualification of new capabilities Development of System Test tester capabilities Develop and debug platforms for System Test of upcoming processors
This job requires adaptability and the candidate should be able to make progress on multiple projects and be able to handle ambiguity during pathfinding and shifting schedules and priorities during development. They should be able to lead debug efforts, communicate with stakeholders and drive solutions. The candidate should be skilled in both written and verbal communication. They should be comfortable working with different geos. Some international travel will be required to support Silicon Power On - Max 2 weeks per quarter.
Qualifications
The candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience or a PhD degree with 1+ years in Electronics/computer engineering or Computer sciences.
5+ years of experience in the
following:
- Board level schematics and CAD. Preferably in Allegro and Cadence tools.
- IA Platform HW/SW debug.
- Familiarity with high volume manufacturing, PCB design and test principles.
- Use of oscilloscope, multimeter. Read and understand component specifications.
- Computer Architecture and high speed IO (PCIE, USB, memory, CSI or DP etc)
- Scripting experience is a must especially in Python or C.
- Experience with BIOS, low level programming and run time control tools.
Preferred Qualification:
- 1+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Mining.
