The Growth Marketing Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple's media products and services. The team focuses on the timely delivery, strategy, and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users across multiple Apple services, including: Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, App Store, and Apple One.

The On-device communications team in Apple Services is looking for an experienced User Acceptance Manager with a background in testing software as a service.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 5-7 years in Quality Assurance and/or User Acceptance Testing
  • At least 5 years experience managing QA and/or UAT teams and growing careers
  • Experience leading QA initiatives in for a subscription based service or services
  • Specialize in test case documentation, management and execution with clear reporting and communication across large teams
  • Experience with Selenium and Javascript (Node.JS) to automate testing
  • Developing automation scripts for end to end scenarios and maintaining the automation suites
  • You have experience and examples of test cases showing test scenarios across multi-platforms (examples: iOS, Android, Web, etc)
  • Good understanding of life cycle marketing, excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to all levels including executives
  • Results-oriented, energetic and self-starter thriving in a hands-on fast paced start-up environment

Description

You have experience in online services (SAAS), testing on mobile devices and are comfortable with documenting detailed test cases for software and hardware. Your primary focus will be to lead UAT teams, troubleshoot and analyze issues working cross functionally to report defects for the engineering and development teams. This role requires a highly motivated leader who is detail oriented and passionate about growing Apple Services.
