User Experience Content Strategist

Job Description
We are currently seeking a UX Content Strategist with a passion for writing and content design to help various business groups create clear, accessible, user-focused content experiences for their products, services, and websites. The UX Content Strategist will coordinate the creation, delivery, and governance of useful and usable content to define users' information needs and determine the best way for that information to be consumed. They will design content to meet business objectives, users' needs and learning goals.We're looking for a person with a broad skillset who can handle a range of content-related projects. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience in at least 2 of the following UX areas: content strategy, UX writing, UX research, information architecture.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Collaborating with technology, product, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs - then translating them into intuitive and engaging digital experiences. - Participating in translating complex ideas into understandable concepts that evolve and enhance the product experience. -Collaborating with product teams in the production of articles, demonstration examples, and other collateral required for product introductions and ongoing marketing.- Championing design-centered approaches grounded in product research and analysis. - Building taxonomies and glossaries to keep terminology aligned across the company.- Practicing design thinking to help shape the problem to be solved.In addition to the qualifications listed below, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:- Portfolio and samples that demonstrate experience in shaping experiences through content.- Good understanding of the principles of content strategy with a broad understanding of information architecture, interactive design principles, and web usability.- Excellent written/verbal English communication and presentation skills.- High tolerance for a dynamic work environment with rapidly changing priorities.- Willing to foster an inclusive team-oriented working environment.- Quick learner/ramp up skills.Comfortable with ambiguity/early phase.- Can work with a variety of people, across different roles and groups.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:B.S. or M.S. in Information Science, Human Factors/HCI or related field.4+ years' of post-graduation experience in any one or more of the following areas:-- UX writing-- UX research-- Content strategy-- Information ArchitecturePreferred Qualifications:Experience in any of the following:Defining and implementing metrics to assess the readability, usability, and usage of content and documentation.Working on technical/complex documentation.Taxonomy and metadata.Performing content inventories, audits, and gap analyses.Developing open-source documentationThis position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
