About the Group:
The Technology Development Group is responsible for the research, development, and deployment of next-generation silicon and packaging technologies that will enable future Intel and Foundry customer products.Components Research delivers innovative materials, processes, and device technologies, to enable Intel's roadmap, and invents and demonstrates game-changing device options, including new device structures, dense memory, new architectures, and new process integration schemes for product differentiation. The organization is an integral part of Intels new IDM2.0 strategy, ensuring that Intel is able bring revolutionary process and package technologies to market and keep Moores Law alive.
About the Role:
The VP of the Component Research Device and Integration group is responsible for delivering game-changing device options, including new device structures, dense memory, new architectures, and new process integration schemes. Candidates will need to be skilled and experienced at leading research and development of leading-edge technologies and have a long-term view of where the technology is heading. Candidates should also be proficient in setting clear prioritized goals, schedules, deliverables, and milestones to enable the research roadmap. In addition, the candidate should have demonstrated ability to build and lead a world class research team. The role will require a strong collaboration with leaders in Intels Logic Technology Development group, Intels Assembly Test Technology Development group, and other partner organizations in Intel, as well as external partners (e.g., Equipment Suppliers, Universities, Industry Consortia, etc.).

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar field
- 20+ years of industry and leadership experience with a track record in device and process integration Research and Development.

$222,480.00-$400,720.00
