Responsibilities:

Sales Growth Strategy: Partnering with senior leaders across the Channels to develop a short and long term sales strategy to attain or exceed 100% of assigned sales quota within required product mix.

Maniacal Focus on Execution: Driving new and significant revenue growth by creating strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close new business opportunities for the company.

Drive Channel Penetration: Build mutually beneficial relationships with key channels stakeholders to establish new referral opportunities leading to new clients and client prospects.

Translate Corporate Strategy into Executable Objectives: Turn ADP's vision into a compelling message that motivates and empowers our associates to connect with clients and bring value to their businesses.

Leadership: Lead a high-performing, efficient sale organization; Find and grow top talent enabling successful execution against organizational goals

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of Sales Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage a large sales team in a matrixed organization.
  • Recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills, professionalism and business planning capability. 
  • Experience leading regional sales teams located across multiple geographies
  • Background in technology sales. HCM sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with sales organization stakeholders, including leadership, quota carriers, sales operations, and business consultants
  • Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Works effectively with others, both internally and externally to achieve goals.
