VP, US Money Movement Operations

ADP is hiring a VP, of Money Movement Operations.  As part of the Global Money Movement & Compliance (GMM&C) organization this position is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of ADP's evolving US Money Movement functions inclusive of providing support to all US products across each business unit segment.
Departmental oversight includes: Banking Relations, Treasury Operations, Trust Accounting, Risk Management, Loss Prevention, and Funds Recovery. Direct oversight of core money movement functions and an expectation for direct oversight and potential ownership of all non-core money movement functions within the US.
The incumbent will work closely with the DVP, Global Money Movement & Compliance to create and execute upon the vision for the US Money Movement organization with a focus on global standardization, control and overall compliance. Works in conjunction and coordination with all US Domestic and International business units to drive initiatives to create a one-ADP global, centralized money movement organization.
Responsibilities include oversight and direction of the funds collection and disbursement processes and related exception and risk management activity for the mission critical banking, tax and third party remittance services in respect of financial partner service level agreements / deadlines and client payroll funding while ensuring strict adherence and compliance with local government and bank rules and regulations. In addition, initiates major process changes to achieve improvements and efficiencies. Provides expertise for acquisition and/or new money movement products. Oversees multi-site operations.
Oversee $40M bank fee budget. Develop and maintain banking partner relationships. Oversee the timely execution of $19B in daily client funds movement. Oversee all scheduled bank runs (300 monthly) and transactional activities (execution of wire transfers, financial and banking transactions, and transmissions of files to banking partners). Oversee daily short-term forecasting and review to AVS Financial Planning, Corporate Delaware, and Corporate Treasury Provide the close oversight of the recording, tracking and reporting of client fund balances. Review the timely completion of trust reconciliations (over 700 bank accounts) and the clearing of aged items. Oversee long term receivable balances averaging $5-9M; oversee fraud and anti-money laundering for all money movement products. Oversee the timely and accurate funding/posting of all impounds and related disbursements that are processed through Compliance Solutions/ $2T annually.
Coordinates with all product areas, Corporate Audit and Legal departments to create, define, and communicate product and legal changes and impact to organizational processes and products. Executes agreed upon department objectives. Collaborates with all AVS department and ADP Business Unit leaders to ensure money movement product integration. (Strategic requirements)
Identifies and drives money movement requirements and recommendations as new products are acquired or developed. Provides money movement integration expertise for acquisition and /or new money movement products. (Innovation and proactive)
Provides leadership for associate development contributing to overall talent development within the GMM&C team. Creates development plans and objectives for department and associates. (Leadership and talent development)
Manages associates. This includes pay, performance, management development and talent strategy responsibilities.
Direct Reports 5-10, Total Org Size 20+, Dotted Line Reports 5-10.
In terms of involvement in the work of those being led, engaged at the goal setting/ prioritization level and as an escalation point. Monitors environment and provides regular feedback.   • Bachelor's Degree and over 8 Years, up to 12 Years Strong banking, systems, and client service skills
  • Understand system processes and flows and impacts to business
  • Self-directed ability to understand client perspective and address accordingly
  • Ability to influence a wide audience with no direct reporting authority
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Ability to understand functional processes and make improvements to reduce redundancies and costs
  • Understanding of internal ADP systems, proprietary bank software, and transmission protocols
