The watchOS Wallet & Apple Pay team is looking for someone who is passionate about continuing to bring the future of payments, transit, and access to millions of wrists around the world. As a Software Screener/ Integration Engineer on the watchOS Wallet & Apple Pay team, you'll bring your keen observational and analytical skills, empathy for users, and passion for quality to an engineering team.

Key Qualifications

You display strong analytical skills that can be applied to debugging software issues
You are familiar with using git for managing code repositories
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You are enthusiastic about working on a cross functional team
You are excited to build products that impact our customers
You are familiar with scripting languages, Objective-C, or Swift and can code solutions using these tools.

Description

As a Screener/Integration engineer on the Wallet & Apple Pay team, you will triage incoming bugs, analyze logs, and resolve priority of issues. You will help our engineering teams spot emerging issues from bug reports filed by Apple employees and external developers. Utilizing automation and other tools, you will have a hand in guaranteeing the quality of our features before our users get to enjoy them.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, curious, and technically savvy teammate who can juggle a variety of tasks efficiently. As a driving force behind the Wallet & Apple Pay experience on Apple Watch, your contributions will help continue to push the Apple Watch forward as the best way to pay. Above all, we value passion when building impactful products.

Education & Experience

Coursework in Computer Science/Engineering is desirable, but a specific degree or concentration is not required.
