Ronler Acres Logic
Technology Operations Liquid Industrial Waste System team has an
excellent opportunity for an experienced Waste Area
Coordinator(WAC) to interface with construction, suppliers, and
other organizations to manage project milestones and cost for waste
facilities equipment and to support equipment design progress, FOK
system development milestones, and scope of work review etc. You
will interface with various organizations to ensure equipment is
installed and qualified on schedule and cost, which will require
planning, organization, and problem resolution
skills.
This role tactically manages facilities waste install timelines and priorities to ensures key milestones are met. You will coordinate and review the groups construction activities, by ensuring work is well planned and communicated prior to work. The WAC will drive effective solutions to install and design related challenges as they arise and escalate them to the area manager and group leaders as needed, including taking a leadership role within Base-build waste projects to implement waste solutions for technology development and assist with technology transfer. The WAC will also oversee coordinating LTO LIWS scope for all relevant scopes including but not limited to LOD, BB, PB, Ops Capitol, Design in Parallel and FOK development.
The Waste Area Coordinator
will report to the group engineering manager and will work in
tandem with the group leads to ensure execution of projects, along
with assisting in the development and execution associated with
business processes for projects.
Job
scope and focus:
- Work closely with the engineering system owner, IQ group leaders, and area manger to ensure that projects are meeting expected schedules and high light any issues that may impact safety, quality, or overall timeline; to include costs from design to blue tag.
- Coordinating with project owners to ensure accuracy of the design packages, installation/demo details, coordination and scheduling of facility systems.
- Oversees trades, vendors, construction counterparts, and A&E to ensure resources, parts, funding, and schedules are accurate.
- Ensure that systems are installed/demo'd per the design package and to highlight any issues that need resolution to ensure project is completed safely and on schedule.
- Manage multiple projects, time, and scope appropriately to complete all tasks safely and on time with minimal supervision.
- Provides weekly updates on schedules and costs on all waste projects to the area manager.
- Safely installing or de-installing factory equipment.
- Read and understand design packages.

Qualifications
Candidates will possess the minimum qualifications below to be initially considered for this position
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work, classes, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree with 3 + years experience in Mechanical, Chemical or related fields.
Bachelors degree with 5 + years experience in in Mechanical, Chemical or related fields.
* 3+ years experience in each or a combination of the following job duties:
- Facilitated treatment in a
semiconductor or related industry.
- Development of
business processes
- Working multimillion dollars
projects across organizations.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience leading construction process and experience
interfacing with construction contractors and virtual factory
counterparts for greater than 100M dollar project.
Experience leading and setting priorities for complex
projects.
Ability to bridge the gap between pathfinding
projects and their impact on technology development transfer
through seamless integration.
Proficient in written and
verbal communication.
Demonstrated ability to
present complex technical and financial topics to senior managers
and leaders.
Demonstrate organizational and emotional
intelligence to understand how work is
completed.
Ability to remove roadblocks where bandwidth is challenged, and can quickly react before problems arise.
