Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for the research, development, and transfer of wastewater treatment systems for Intel's 300mm semiconductor factory network.

You will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of the wastewater treatment systems and equipment for Intel's development factory in Hillsboro Oregon.

Duties include:

- Provide technical and troubleshooting support for all processes and equipment.

- Track process and equipment performance and reliability to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Update operating procedures and documentation to ensure proper unit operation.

- Lead or participate in process upset, incident and accident reviews as appropriate.

- Provide recommendations for lead operator training improvement efforts as appropriate.

- Train operators on modifications on operating procedures, processes, and safety improvements.

- Lead design reviews for wastewater treatment systems.

- Develop standard design packages for process systems.

- Manage process improvements and participate in reviewing capital projects and equipment recommendations.

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in either Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent degree with 3+ plus years of related experience industry.

* Masters degree in either Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent degree with 2+ plus years of related experience industry.

* Mechanically inclined

* Applicants can apply ahead of Bachelors degree, but the degree must be obtained prior to start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Curious and practical minded and interested in learning industrial equipment operations.
- Experience with motor systems, building, or pump system projects
- Hands on experience in related industries such as semiconductor, manufacturing, processing, equipment installs, pump systems, waste water, water facilities, or storage operations.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Attention to detail
- Creative

- Written and verbal communication skills
- interpersonal skills
- Works well within Team environments.
- Willingness to work on unique and diverse tasks
