The Consumer Sales Enablement Organization is responsible for training, learning content and programs that enable salespeople at Apple partner globally to deliver the best possible Apple experience and sales results through their people and our Apple sales staff.

The WW Geo Readiness Program Manager is responsible for connecting the WW Consumer Sales Enablement organization with regional teams to ensure that we are building, leading, and implementing effective training to teach and drive knowledge, and programs to engage and drive advocacy. You will ensure our regional teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to deliver programs, content, and engagement initiatives successfully. You will work with key partners across Programs, Training, Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure that global perspectives are understood, regional perspectives are heard, and sales enablement solutions are implemented, measured, and improved.

Description

This role sits within the People Programs team, who strive to build an amazing employee and customer experience across a variety of routes to market, countries, and epicenters for technology. Creating an outstanding customer and employee experience is our goal. And we'll count on you to partner with our global teams and be a driving force behind significant creative and innovate solutions that help us achieve this goal.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In partnership with internal teams, develop readiness plans for our cross-functional program and training execution around the world
- Foster transparency, influence, and collaborate across WW Consumer Sales Enablement training and programs teams
- Partner with and support regions on the deployment of programs and training
- Synthesize many points of feedback into a global point of view ensuring that the needs of the business and the audience are kept centralized
- Source trends and insights from our Regional partners to influence WW content and programs
- Develop initiatives and a standard approach to gathering feedback from Field staff and program participants
- Participate in cross functional work streams to develop systems and tools that support global and regional teams
- Partner with regions to develop solutions that ultimately mitigate issues, increase engagement and get results
- Track execution, identify barriers to adoption, and establish a feedback loop to influence and implement improvement opportunities - ad hoc and with regular frequency
- Drive quarterly and annual business reviews with internal regional teams using data to inform recommendations
- Build global workshops to support regional readiness and ideation across initiatives
- Analyze, compile, and communicate reports on the execution of your initiatives and results to Leadership and key partners
- Work closely with the Channel Strategy and Operations teams to create an outstanding customer experience by connecting merchandising, digital, in-store technology, and people

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
