The I&D team is seeking an outstanding strategist and Business Operations Leader to join its Worldwide team. This individual will have a great opportunity to be involved in Business Planning, Communications and Executive updates, Strategic projects and analyses, Business insights (internal and external), and working on key deliverables supporting the I&D leadership team. Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of shown experience in Business Planning, Chief of Staff, Strategy, or Consulting roles preferred and experience in a leadership role
  • Results-oriented, driven and demonstrates high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Inspiring and inclusive leader who can empower a team to deliver quality timely results
  • Strategic problem solver, data-driven and analytical in approach to solving problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication; listens well and can easily learn to communicate in someone else's "written voice"

  • High integrity and ability to influence and build trusted relationships with key cross-functional partners and senior leadership team

  • Operational and high-impact attitude, with excellent follow through
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding analytical problem solving skills with a can-do demeanor and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects with opposing priorities

  • Strong project management and organization skills

Description

As a WW I&D Business Operations Leader, you will:
Be responsible for the I&D communications strategy and plan including leading the I&D communications team and partnering with key Apple comms stakeholders
Own I&D Leaders key speaking engagements including development of content and in partnership with teams where appropriate
Coordinate with key partners on I&D Leaders media presence i.e. Twitter, Instagram etc.
Partner with the I&D leader and the teams PBP to ensure org health, effectiveness and employee engagement
Provide support for executive updates for senior leadership meetings
Assess inclusion and diversity landscape internally and externally to ensure Apple is leading and ahead of I&D benchmarks
Lead strategic analyses, and deliver timely internal and external insights
Lead a variety of I&D special projects prioritized based on strategy, landscape analysis internally and externally
Lead the annual I&D strategy and business operations process and track continued progress of key focus areas
Lead end-to-end planning for Quarterly I&D SMART goals and progress to quarterly plans and communications of the results to the entire organization in partnership with the Leadership team
Partner with Finance to support ongoing headcount and Opex planning, and engage in quarterly review of key headcount models

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; MBA preferred
