Job Description

Be a part of the Intel group that defines and brings to market Intel's next generation Xeon server products and solutions. Intel is a data centric company that now powers the cloud, connects billions of smart devices, and creates new ways to access data for industry and society. The breadth of our business that touches data uniquely positions you as an integral piece of delivering these products to market.  You will play a central role in helping Intel develop exciting new server opportunities by developing the product messaging that connects our customers to our products. As a Xeon product manager, your job is to lead messaging, positioning, and content marketing projects for our next generation products from a customer point of view. This role drives both internal and external messaging and presentations, as well as managing our relationship with engineering, marketing and sales. You will play a pivotal role in helping to define, build, and scale a narrative that effectively conveys Intel's differentiated value to end customers.

Job Activities

  • Lead the development and delivery of a consistent set of messages and collateral for the product

  • Create product messaging content for use by outbound marketing stakeholders

  • Collaborate with customer marketing teams, sales, and business development teams to support design activities

  • Be the lead point for product line positioning and planning into corporate marketing activities

  • Drive product messaging through the approval process for news releases and social media

  • Develop technology-based content for events such as webinars, training, events, blogs, executive keynotes, internal presentations.


Skills:

  • Strong technical acumen with the willing to translate complex technical topics into impactful, customer point-of -view messaging

  • Technical knowledge of datacenter platform architecture and the interaction with scaled applications, servers, networking, and storage infrastructure.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to successfully interact at multiple levels and across a variety of job functions

  • Navigate and thrive in highly matrixed environments and situations with significant ambiguity, managing stakeholder relationships at all levels in a complex organization

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Experience developing presentations, written content, and data analysis that informs product strategy and accelerates the sales pipeline

  • Team player with a great work ethic and willing to have fun


Qualifications

Education Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field plus 6 years of industry work experience, or

  • Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field plus 4 years of industry work experience

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Product Marketing or Management experience in the technology Industry.

  • 1+ year experience in at least one of the following areas product messaging development, content development, marketing campaign development, market research, audience profile development or technical product sales.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred.

  • Data Center or server system experience

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
